In our world, people need to work. This thing never changes even it is not changeable because in the past we need to produced something to exchanged another thing. Like crops, eggs, milk, or some stuff for farming. Then, people invented money. People still need to work but in those times it is not for an exchange it’s for sell them. If you sell your products, you gain money so, you can buy other things and it is now similar. Employees need money so, they are working in companies. Companies need money so, they need young, energetic, fast, abreast of future, self-developed employees.
Firstly, our world is variable because of that, technology never stops, day by day it develops itself. Cause of that, companies need the young generation. Almost all elderly people do not understand anything about new technology or new advertisement, the young generation, etc. They cannot improve our technology anymore also, they have trouble lecturing. Because new generation has different learning way as a result of technology.
Secondly, the companies need produce something fastly. They cannot stop or take a break. They produce all the time. Because of that, elderly people have some disadvantages. One of them, they are not fast anymore. Let’s say one young employee produces ten things in an hour but an old one cannot do that. Also, they cannot think effectively. They think our world is like a past but it is not. People need to develop themself but developing yourself at this age is much more difficult than before.
Finally, the young generation needs to work because they need to develop themself. In school, they just learn the basic and they cannot have a chance to put into practice. They need internships for developing themselves. With internships, they learn the real business area, people’s needs, effective working. Also, they learn where the technology and how they improve that.
In conclusion, our world is developing all the time and companies need to follow it. Also, it is possible with the young generation. Because, elderly people slow, close to improving, not understand new needs and almost all of them do not understand new technology. Elderly employees need to take a break and enjoy their retirement.
